AYS provides safe, fun day camp programs for children ages 3-12. AYS kids enjoy
a summer filled with creative projects, new experiences, and physical recreation
in a professionally staffed environment. Camp AYS operates programs in Indianapolis,
Noblesville, and Hendricks County. At Camp AYS you will find:
- Camp
Activities
Campers will have the opportunity to go on field trips,
participate in small group activities, and go swimming weekly. Campers will also
participate in arts & crafts, sports, science, and nature. Camp will focus
on a different theme each week.
- Character
Growth
Camp AYS helps children build good character. Each week children
learn about and practice a positive character trait such as honesty, respect,
courtesy, or responsibility. Camp staff members teach, model, and positively reinforce
these characteristics. - Qualified
Staff
Directors
and staff have completed camp training and have First Aid certification. CPR certified
staff are always on site. - Enrichment
Opportunities
Camp AYS offers enrichment
activities daily. Topics include: sports, music, fine arts, folk arts, sewing,
drama, and multicultural studies. Some classes may require an additional fee for
materials only. - Field
Trips & Swimming
School-age children enjoy scheduled trips.
Swimming and field trips typically occur in the afternoon and are included in
your fees. School bus and van transportation is provided. Optional field trips
may require an additional fee. - AYS
Fest
An
annual summer event that brings campers from all locations together for one day
of fun!
