Registration Procedures
Current AYS registration will not cover the summer program. The registration fee is $25.00 and will include a camp t-shirt for all who register (or have forms postmarked) on or before May 9th. Registration fees are non-refundable. A deposit of the last week's fee is also required at the time of registration. The $25.00 registration fee and deposit will hold a space for your child, or you may pay the balance in full when you register. The registration fee will increase to $35.00 after May 9, 2008. Applicants are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Space is limited. Please provide a small photo of your child at the time of registration. Schedule changes are accepted until May 9, 2008.

Fee Options
Camp AYS fees vary by camp location. AYS also provides fee options for summer school students, second and third child discounts, and partial scholarships.

Payment Policy
1) Parents have the option of paying the entire fee in one payment, or dividing the payment into a weekly payment/balance plan. If you choose this plan, payment is to be made the Friday before each registered week, regardless of attendance. There will be no refunds.

2) Schedule changes may be made before May 9, 2008. No cancellations are allowed and the deposit is non-refundable after this date. A $10.00 administration fee will be charged for any schedule additions after May 9, 2008.

3) Parents who have registered for seven weeks or more of regular camp may add or subtract one week to which they have committed with no penalty. However, notice must be given no later than one week before payment is due.Skyhawks participants are committed to pay for all weeks to which they are registered.

Program Cancellation
AYS reserves the right to close any program site due to lack of enrollment. Parents would have the option of a program transfer or a full refund.

1. Select your camp location below to download the registration packet (8 pages total). Your packet will include the program brochure, registration form and health forms. Please fill out all forms completely and include a small photo of your child to ensure fast processing.
