Jennifer Babcock
Director of Personnel
Jennifer Babcock is the Director of Personnel of AYS, Inc. She has a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University.

Jennifer began her career in the Student Loan field with Indiana Secondary Market. After several years of working with financial matters, Jennifer realized that her real love was with children. With nine cousins (all 13 to 20 years younger) in a close-knit family, Jennifer was always interested in child development. AYS, Inc. provided Jennifer with the opportunity to use her education and interest in child development to grow professionally and personally.

Jennifer moved in to the Finance Department in 1991 and worked closely with Families and Directors to provide care for children in need. Moving into the Personnel Department in 1995, Jennifer has continued to grow professionally with AYS, Inc. and now is an advocate for our growing staff.
