Registration

(317) 283-3817 x32. Class
size may be limited. You
must register to have a place in class. Registration
and payment must be received in advance. Payment is nonrefundable, unless a class
is canceled by AYS. Class fee covers handouts and/or books and card/certificates
of completion. If
you arrive 15 minutes after class begins, you will be asked to reschedule for
another class. The
PDC can bring training to your location. For information on bringing a class to
your site* call (317) 803-3134 x35. Cancellation
Policy: You must provide one week's notice (5 business days) or a 10% cancellation
fee will be assessed.
