locationsMany school districts are moving to balanced calendars and other alternative school calendars, making AYS’ full-day programming more critical for working parents. Using AYS’ summer camp philosophy and schedule, AYS breaks and intersessions focus on social development, physical recreation, and character growth. We strive to make the fall, winter, and spring break/intersession experience as valuable and fun as possible for all of our participants. If funding and time allow, some of our sites might offer a field trip or special enrichment activity.

All kids will have the opportunity to participate in:

• science activities

• environmental education activities

• health and fitness activities

• arts enrichment

• small group activities
