2021-2022 School Year
It’s time for a fresh start. With a new school year comes a renewed sense of opportunity. We can wipe the slate clean, realize the valuable lessons we learned last year, and grow from them. AYS helps families grow by providing kids with the academic and social-emotional support they need during out-of-school time while parents focus on their career and academic goals. Simply put, we empower kids and parents to reach their full potential. We like to call that a win-win. Go on now. Let AYS set you free.
AYS provides limited financial assistance on a first-come, first-served basis to families who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and uses the FSSA Child Care Income Eligibility Determination & Fee Schedule to determine assistance eligibility. As you complete your child’s enrollment application, you will have the option to submit a financial assistance application.
AYS accepts CCDF vouchers and recommends that families who meet the guidelines for CCDF vouchers, apply. Click here for information on the voucher application process.

AYS hires individuals to work at our programs who have experience and a passion for kids. All AYS staff members go through a drug test, TB test, and several criminal background checks. Staff has also been trained in health and safety protocols related the COVID-19 crisis. AYS staff members also receive training in First Aid, child development, conflict resolution, team building, and overall safety to ensure that your child has a great summer experience. Staff/child ratios are low to allow for a variety of small group activities. CPR-certified staff members are always on site.
AYS reserves the right to cancel any program if minimum enrollment is not reached.
AYS will begin a waitlist for any program that reaches capacity.
