AYS launches new Eleyo registration system

AYS opens emergency pop-up sites amidst COVID-19 pandemic at Broad Ripple High School and Christel House Academy South for healthcare workers, first responders, and essential workers

Summer Enrichment programs at Broad Ripple High School, Christel House Academy South, Willow Lake, and Blue and Gold Academies launch in place of Camp AYS summer camps

AYS launches Liftoff e-learning programs at Broad Ripple High School, John Strange, and IPS #106 to support students who returned to virtual schooling at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year

AYS celebrates 40th anniversary by launching year-long fundraising campaign

AYS partners with Willow Marketing to conduct brand and market assessment to help realign the organization’s branding and messaging with its purpose and strategic goals

Corteva Agriscience makes significant donation, allowing AYS to develop a 7-week curriculum unit focused on environmental science

AYS partners with Decatur Township to provide before and after care services to wrap around their Summer School program

500 Festival donates backpacks full of school materials, toys, and games to all AYS sites for Kids’ Day

AYS Board of Directors approves new Mission, Vision, and Values statements

AYS begins brand refresh, updating site materials, stakeholder messaging, logo, colors, graphics, and more

Indiana Department of Education awards AYS with the Student Learning Recovery Grant, allowing AYS to support accelerated learning for students in the areas of literacy, math, and college and career readiness

Build, Learn, Grow Stabilization Grant allows AYS to create a livable wage structure and increase training for program staff

AYS launches full-day “No School” Day Camps for IPS and Washington Township sites, serving families on non-holiday days on which school is closed

AYS relaunches full-day Winter Break camps

Summer Youth Program Fund allows AYS to enhance summer camps and reintroduce in-person field trip experiences
