What is your educational background?
In 2008, I got my Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In 2005, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
What professional experience do you have?
Prior to AYS, I had a myriad and interesting career path. The consistent theme of my experiences has been working within regulated fields and helping individuals and businesses operate as efficiently as they can.
What experience do you have working with children?
Prior to working with AYS, I had the chance to work directly with the Friends of Acadia National Park and guide a youth program team. As part of that work we had the opportunity to conduct a presentation to multiple Senators and the Secretary of the Interior about the importance of high school students visiting national parks.
What are some fun facts about you, or favorite things you like to do?
I have backpacked the Appalachian Trail with my wife and our two German Shepherds! I still love to hike and backpack and look forward to going back to the trail once my children are older.
