What is your educational background?
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Anthropology in 2018 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During my time there I enjoyed research, ethnographies, and learning about culture.
What professional experience do you have?
My final ethnography in college centered around gender nonconforming kids, which sparked my passion for working with kids and toward educational equity.
What experience do you have working with children?
I have worked as an AYS Youth Development Leader for almost two years, and as an AYS Out-of-School Time Associate Manager for a year.
What are some fun facts about you, or favorite things you like to do?
I grew up in Pennsylvania. My favorite activities are hiking, reading, and listening to music. I love to travel and have been to 21 states and counting.
