What is your educational background?

I am currently a doctoral candidate in English at Michigan State University.

What professional experience do you have?

I have experience in customer service dating back to 2015. I have been in charge of taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for a cleaning solution company. In my current role as a graduate student, I have experience coordinating communications regarding course postings and recruitment of students.

What are some fun facts about you, or favorite things you like to do?

I love to read! I also enjoy brunch on the weekends, and catching up on TV shows.
