Welcome to AYS’ 2017-2018 School Year Enrollment!

Re-enrollment is required for each student per school year. Please complete the 2017-18 online enrollment form. You can enroll up to five students with this form. Please include immunization records, Plan of Care and/or Medication Consent forms, any agreements/decrees that impact custody of the student, and payment. Missing information or payment will cause delays.

2017-2018 PARENT HANDBOOK

The 2017-2018 Parent Handbook is designed to provide you with the important information you need – program details, payment options, and health and safety policies. Please keep a copy handy.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

You will be asked to select your AYS program location and to provide a start and end date, emergency & authorized pick-up contacts, health information, Plan of Care/Medication Consent forms (if applicable), a copy of any agreements/decrees that impact custody, and immunization records for each student. Please note, you will not be able to complete enrollment without uploading immunization records. A credit card payment is required for enrollment fees. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

After your credit card information is entered, you will be directed to Part 2 of the application on the Procare website, AYS’ family database. This is where you will create your family’s account. All AYS families (including returning families) must choose “new family.”

Once your online enrollment form is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your submission.

FAQ’s

Payment Options
AYS offers a variety of payment options to meet your needs. AYS recommends that you sign-up to have tuition automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card. Please complete and submit the appropriate form with enrollment – Bank Account Authorization Form or Credit Card Authorization Form. Online payments can be made through Tuition Express. Please visit Tuition Express to register. If you need your Tuition Express ID and 4-digit registration code, please email billing@ayskids.org or call 317-283-3817.

How do I change my AYS plan?
Please complete our online change of plan form. A minimum one-week notice is required for all changes. Schedule changes may be made before fall break. After fall break, a $15 change fee will be applied for each schedule change. Any added days must be approved in advance by the program director. To withdraw your student from AYS, please complete our online withdrawal form.

How do I contact my AYS program director?
You can easily locate program contact information on General Information Sheets.

How do I find out in which schools AYS operates?
AYS offers over 40 out-of-school time programs in Central Indiana. For a full list, please consult the 2017-18 Parent Handbook.

How do I apply for Financial Assistance?
AYS accepts CCDF vouchers and recommends that families who meet the guidelines for CCDF vouchers, apply. Visit the Children’s Bureau website to find out if you qualify and for information on voucher application steps. AYS has limited financial assistance available on a first-come, first-served basis. To be eligible for financial assistance, AYS requires that all adults in the household are either working full-time or going to school full-time, or a combination of work and school which equals full-time.
