As an institution, At Your School (AYS, Inc.) has been serving families throughout central Indiana for more than 45 years. As of the 2025-2026 school year, AYS now serves more than 2,000 children across 45 school sites daily.
AYS’ mission is to create an accessible, reliable, enriching community where every child and family thrive beyond the school day. As the needs of our families and partners have evolved, our dedication to this mission has never wavered.
Today, AYS is renewing its commitment to accessibility by introducing our Family Access and Support Team (F.A.S.T.) solution.
F.A.S.T. was designed to empower working families within the AYS community by offering them a direct point of contact within the organization with the ability to connect them to necessary information in a timely manner.
Meeting the Members of F.A.S.T.
F.A.S.T. includes three (3) enthusiastic, experienced professionals who look forward to spending time assisting AYS families, both virtually and in person. Learn more about the members of F.A.S.T. and how you might work with them as a parent.
Sierra Myles – Customer Service Manager
Sierra has been part of the AYS team since May 2023, beginning as a Summer Substitute Youth Development Associate and growing into her current role as Customer Service Manager. As an Army veteran, she brings discipline, resilience, and a strong service-first mindset to supporting families and staff with clarity and empathy.
In her current role, she’s excited to give back by strengthening communication, improving processes, and ensuring every family feels heard, supported, and at home within the AYS community. Sierra is a great first point of contact for all AYS parents to help navigate the F.A.S.T. network.
Allie Lemna – Public Funds Manager
Allie Lemna comes to AYS from a long history of working in child care settings and resource affiliates. Allie received both of her degrees from Ball State University—a bachelor's in child development and a master's in early childhood education. Working with children has always been her passion in life, and it started with being a classroom teacher for children under the age of five. After working seven years in the classroom, Allie grew interested in how mental health impacts challenging behaviors and dove into trauma-informed care. With a passion for supporting the whole child, Allie worked as a behavior support specialist and as a center director with Head Start.
As an AYS employee, she will keep the mission alive through advocating for families' needs and finding ways to increase the understanding of available public funds or community resources. You can reach out to Allie with your questions regarding your CCDF voucher changes or required documents needed to maintain your status. Our goal for families is to understand their role with their CCDF funding, and Allie will support the family's relationship and communication with third parties.
Alyssa Owens – AYS Registrar
Alyssa Owens has been the AYS Registrar since 2025 after serving previously as Executive Administrator and Business Manager beginning in 2023.
With a background that ranges from higher‑education support and regulatory affairs to legal work and 911 dispatching, she brings a rare mix of calm, compassion, and logistical superpowers to her role that every family wants in their corner. Alyssa can help parents navigate billing and registration issues.
How F.A.S.T. Supports AYS Families
F.A.S.T. supports AYS families in a variety of ways. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Account assistance,
• Registration, and
• Public funding questions
Because the Customer Service Manager, Public Funds Manager, and the Registrar are all housed in the same office, AYS parents can expect to receive accurate, consistent answers without being transferred or waiting for follow-ups.
The F.A.S.T. parent service network is here to supplement the existing relationships between parents and site staff, not replace them. By managing administrative and funding-related questions, F.A.S.T. will ensure program staff can stay focused on what matters most: creating fun, educational environments where all children and families feel supported.
Introducing the new AYS Parent Hotline: (844) 865-FAST
So that parents always have reliable access to AYS’s F.A.S.T. members, we’re also excited to announce the new parent hotline at (844) 865-FAST.
When a parent calls this number, any time during normal business hours, they will be connected to AYS F.A.S.T. in real time.
