Thank you for choosing AYS to provide a safe, quality environment for your child before- and/or after-school. To register your child in an AYS program, please follow the 6 steps below to download our Registration Packet and other forms as needed.

Step 1 - Select the school your child will be attending this fall to download the appropriate registration packet.
Step 2 - If your child has a Special Need, please select the appropriate form to complete and include with your registration. Prescription and Non-prescription medication forms are also listed below.
Step 3 - To pay your fees automatically with checking account, or credit or debit card, please complete the form below.

Step 4 -The Pre-paid Pass is designed for families needing AYS program services occasionally. To purchase the pass, please complete this form. A registration fee is still required. Refer to your program brochure (Step 1) for fee details.

Step 5 - Review AYS Parent Handbook. Please select and save a copy depending on your child's age group.
