Thank you for choosing AYS to provide a safe, quality environment for your child before- and/or after-school. To register your child in an AYS program, please follow the 6 steps below to download our Registration Packet and other forms as needed.

Step 4 -The Pre-paid Pass is designed for families needing AYS program services occasionally. To purchase the pass, please complete this form. A registration fee is still required. Refer to your program brochure (Step 1) for fee details.
