To make online tuition payments and view your itemized billing statement, please log onto your account here.

We are unable to take payments at the program locations. If you wish to pay via check or money order, please contact the business office at registrar@ayskids.org to make arrangements.  AYS does not accept cash.

Weekly tuition payments are due no later than Friday for the upcoming week, and tuition is due regardless of your child’s attendance. Credits are not available for absences.

Financial Assistance

AYS provides limited financial assistance on a first-come, first-served basis to families who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and uses the FSSA Child Care Income Eligibility Determination & Fee Schedule to determine assistance eligibility. To be eligible, all adults in the household must be working full-time (30 hours/week or more), going to school full-time (enrolled in at least 12 credit hours), or a combination of work and school which equals full-time. When you complete your child’s online application, you will have the opportunity to apply for financial assistance.  You will need to upload a copy of your photo ID and 30 days’ worth of pay stubs.
