Position Title: Professional Development Manager

The Professional Development Manager is responsible for establishing a strategic vision for the Professional Development Center (PDC) and the management and implementation of high-quality training and professional development programming with a strategic focus. Maximizes training and professional development offerings internally and to the community of best return on investment. Plans, coordinates and directs training and staff development programs for the organization to ensure they meet compliance and other high-quality standards. Monitors training relative to state and accreditation standards and ensures compliance. As part of the Human Resources & Professional Development department, assists with staff recruitment as needed and the training of volunteers. This position is also responsible for managing external community trainings.
