Before and After School Programs
Being a parent can feel like being a superhero, and handling your many responsibilities while also caring for your kids can be overwhelming at times. With AYS, you can focus on advancing your career and creating a better life for your family while we empower your kids to dream big and become their own superheroes, helping them develop skills to excel in school and in life – all in an environment that feels like home.
AYS requires immunization records for each child prior to contract approval.
If your child’s immunization records are not already on file with AYS, please submit them here.
Must be enrolled three business days in advance of first day.
Financial Assistance Options
AYS offers limited financial assistance through the Ellen Clippinger Fund on a first come, first served basis. Families are required to complete the following steps to determine eligibility:

- Screenshot the response that pops up immediately after the application is submitted. You will need this for the AYS Financial Assistance Application.
- Complete the AYS Financial Assistance Application at tinyurl.com/3vvuc8hm
- An AYS representative will assess your application and follow up with you
Estimated Regular Weekly Price Per Child
Processing time is 5 business days. If the CCDF response screen said that your application will be reviewed, AYS will provide financial assistance for 6 weeks to allow time for CCDF processing. If the CCDF response screen said that you were denied, you may qualify for AYS financial assistance for the duration of the School Year programs.

Annual enrollment fee is $35 per child and is non-refundable.

Morning Program
7:00am – 7:30am: Snack/Informal Play (Check-in, Prepare for School)
7:30am – School Start: Small Group Time (Enrichment, Literacy, Math)
Afternoon Program
School End: Informal Play (Check-in, Transition from School)
3:30pm – 4:00pm: Snack/Small Group Time
4:00pm – 4:30pm: Homework/Academic Support*
4:30pm – 5:15pm: Enrichment/Clubs
5:15pm – 6:00pm: Recreational Activities
*Fridays: Homework Support Replaced By Academic Stations
