Partnering with AYS
AYS has what your parents want, all in a safe environment they trust – at your school. AYS’ programs are operated by experienced, well-trained professionals who help your students and your school succeed.
Before- and After-school Programs
These programs provide a safe place for children during out-of-school hours where they participate in a variety of educational and enriching activities led by trained staff. Before- and after-school programs include a healthy morning and afternoon snack, dedicated homework time, and at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day. When possible, AYS works with community partners to offer specialized programming around enrichment focus areas.
Wrap-Around Programs for Pre-K and Kindergarten
AYS has decades of experience providing age-appropriate programming for even the youngest students. Over the years, AYS has offered full-day, half-day and before and after services for preschoolers and kindergartners. AYS incorporates creative curriculum in our programming for young learners.
Summer Days
AYS’ full-day summer break camps allow campers to explore their interests, make new friends, and learn while having fun in a safe location- at your school. Like our school year programs, camp activities offer a mix of age-appropriate physical activity, educational enrichment and social and emotional development. Each week, Summer Days features a different theme, with activities and field trips that support the weekly theme.
Other School Break Camps
AYS offers full-day programs for any school break during the school year, including fall, winter and spring breaks. These break camps follow a similar daily schedule to Summer Days, with a variety of choices for staff-led activities, along with time for free play.
“No School” Day Programs
AYS offers full-day programs or extended program hours to meet the needs of families and schools on occasions such as snow days, weather delays or teacher in-service days. These special days typically follow a similar daily schedule of a full-day camp, with plenty of activities to keep children engaged and active.
AYS is Accessible
AYS believes that all families should have access to safe, fun and enriching opportunities for their children outside of the school day. AYS sites are approved for Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) vouchers. We also offer financial assistance to families who do not receive CCDF. We also work with school personnel and families to include children with special needs in our programs whenever possible.
