What experience do you have working with children?

Prior to AYS, I worked several years at Kings Island in Mason, Ohio, first as a Guest Services Supervisor, then as an Area Manager of Admissions and Guest Services. Upon coming to Indiana, I worked at a Kindergarten Academy for two years. In 2021, I joined AYS as a Youth Development Leader and was promoted to OST Associate Manager in 2022. I am currently seeking a degree in Elementary Education from Western Governors University.

What are some fun facts about you, or favorite things you like to do?

I’m also known as Coach D to some. I’ve been the head coach of the Perry Meridian Lacrosse Team since 2018. Lacrosse and coaching are two things that bring me pure joy!

Why do you like working with kids?

I love being a role model for kids and getting the opportunity to be a positive influence in their lives!
