Families that identify as essential workers and meet income eligibility guidelines are eligible. Scholarships cover up to 80% of eligible families’ childcare expenses and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Click here to apply.

Financial Assistance

AYS provides limited financial assistance on a first-come, first-served basis to families who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and uses the FSSA Child Care Income Eligibility Determination & Fee Schedule to determine assistance eligibility. All AYS staff members go through a drug test, TB test, and several criminal background checks. Staff has also been trained in health and safety protocols related the COVID-19 crisis. AYS staff members also receive training in First Aid, child development, conflict resolution, team building, and overall safety to ensure that your child has a great summer experience. Staff/child ratios are low to allow for a variety of small group activities. CPR-certified staff members are always on site.
