Fall Back and Relax!

Break out your favorite sweater and grab yourself a Pumpkin Spice Latte. AYS is
back for Fall Break, and we’re here to provide a safe environment where all your kids have
to worry about is having fun and being themselves and all you have to worry about is handling
your personal responsibilities. It’s time to “fall” back, relax, and let AYS take it from here.

Registration fee is $35 per child. Families previously enrolled
during 2021-2022 school year are not subject to registration fee.

Must be registered three business days in advance of first day.
CCDF Vouchers
AYS accepts CCDF vouchers and recommends that families who meet the guidelines for CCDF vouchers, apply. Click here for information on the voucher application process.
Build, Learn, Grow Scholarship
Brighter Futures Indiana is currently offering Build, Learn, Grow childcare scholarships for eligible families. These scholarships recognize the continued efforts of Hoosiers in essential roles and assist their families with receiving high quality care for their children. Families that identify as essential workers and meet income eligibility guidelines are eligible. Scholarships cover up to 80% of eligible families’ childcare expenses and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Click here to apply.
Financial Assistance
AYS provides limited financial assistance on a first-come, first-served basis to families who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and uses the FSSA Child Care Income Eligibility Determination & Fee Schedule to determine assistance eligibility. As you complete your child’s enrollment application, you will have the option to submit a financial assistance application.

Please clearly label all items brought into the program with the child’s name. Site leaders may limit or ban items brought from home if they prove to be a disruption or cause a problem. AYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ARTICLES.

Please note: Drop-off and pick-up may take up to 20 minutes due to safety protocols. Transitions between activities include regular hand-washing and cleaning to ensure a healthy environment.

Highly-Trained Staff
AYS hires individuals to work at our programs who have experience and a passion for kids and enjoy being outdoors. All AYS staff members go through a drug test, TB test, and several criminal background checks. Staff has also been trained in health and safety protocols related the COVID-19 crisis. AYS staff members also receive training in First Aid, child development, conflict resolution, team building, and overall safety to ensure that your child has a great summer experience. Staff/child ratios are low to allow for a variety of small group activities. CPR-certified staff members are always on site.
AYS reserves the right to cancel any program if minimum enrollment is not reached.
AYS will begin a waitlist for any program that reaches capacity.
